サービス提供時期

ご購入手続き完了後、即時にプレミアム機能をご利用いただけます。

※ ネットワーク状況により、機能の反映に若干の遅延が生じる場合があります。その場合は、アプリの再起動または「購入を復元」をお試しください。

Service Delivery

Premium features become available immediately upon completion of the purchase.

Note: Depending on network conditions, there may be a brief delay in feature activation. In such cases, please try restarting the App or using "Restore Purchases."

サブスクリプションの自動更新・解約について

自動更新

月額プラン・年額プランは、お客様が解約手続きを行わない限り、契約期間終了時に自動的に更新されます。

解約方法

iOS : 設定アプリ → [Apple ID] → サブスクリプション → 「おくすり管理ノート」を選択 → 「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」
Android : Google Play ストア → メニュー → 定期購入 → 「おくすり管理ノート」を選択 → 「定期購入を解約」

              ご注意
              解約手続きは、
              次の更新日の24時間前まで
              に完了させてください。それ以降の解約は、次回の更新がなされてからの解約となります。
            

解約後の利用

解約後も、現在の契約期間が終了するまでプレミアム機能をご利用いただけます。契約期間終了後は、無料版の機能のみご利用可能となります。

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Yearly plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless the user cancels.

How to Cancel

iOS : Settings app → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Select "Meds Tracker" → Cancel Subscription
Android : Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select "Meds Tracker" → Cancel Subscription

              Important
              Please complete your cancellation
              at least 24 hours before
              the next renewal date. Cancellations made after this time will take effect from the following billing
              period.
            

After Cancellation

After cancellation, you may continue to use Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Once the period ends, only free features will be available.

返金・キャンセルについて

アプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）による返金は、Apple または Google のポリシーに準じます。

提供者が直接返金処理を行うことはできません。返金が認められるかどうかは、Apple または Google の判断によります。

デジタルコンテンツの性質について

本アプリのプレミアム機能はデジタルコンテンツであり、電気通信回線を通じて即時に提供されるサービスです。そのため、特定商取引法第15条の3に基づく通信販売の解除（クーリング・オフ）の対象外となります。ご購入前に機能内容を十分にご確認ください。

              買い切りプランについて
              買い切りプランは、一度ご購入いただくと永久にご利用いただけます。返金された場合、プレミアム機能はご利用いただけなくなります。
            

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

The Provider cannot process refunds directly. Whether a refund is granted is at the sole discretion of Apple or Google.

Nature of Digital Content

Premium features of this App are digital content delivered instantly via telecommunications. As such, the statutory cooling-off period under consumer protection laws may not apply. Please review the feature descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

              About the Lifetime Plan
              Once purchased, the Lifetime Plan provides permanent access. If a refund is processed, Premium features
              will no longer be available.
