本アプリでは、情報の性質に応じて、次の2種類を取り扱います。

（1）ユーザーがアプリ内に入力し、主に端末内に保存される情報

• 薬名、用量、服用スケジュール
• 服用記録（日時、服用状況など）
• メモ・備考
• 薬の写真（任意）

（2）プレミアム機能の提供に伴い、第三者サービスが処理する購入関連情報

• 購入商品情報
• サブスクリプション状態（有効・期限切れ等）
• 購入履歴、レシート情報等
• 課金管理のための匿名識別子（RevenueCatの anonymous app user ID など）

The App handles the following two categories of information based on their nature:

(1) Information entered by the user, primarily stored on the device

• Medication names, dosages, and dosing schedules
• Dose records (date/time, dosing status, etc.)
• Memos and notes
• Medication photos (optional)

(2) Purchase-related information processed by third-party services for Premium features

• Purchased product information
• Subscription status (active, expired, etc.)
• Purchase history and receipt information
• Anonymous identifiers for billing management (e.g., RevenueCat anonymous app user ID)

本アプリで取り扱う情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 薬の服用管理、飲み忘れ防止、残量管理など、本アプリの基本機能を提供するため
• 服用リマインダー通知の送信
• お客様が入力した薬データを、端末内で表示・編集・管理できるようにするため
• プレミアム機能の購入状態確認、購入復元、利用可否判定、不正利用防止を行うため

提供者は、薬データ（薬名・服用記録・メモ・写真等）を、提供者サーバーで分析・追跡する目的では利用しません。

Information handled by the App is used for the following purposes:

• Providing core App functions such as medication management, missed dose prevention, and stock tracking
• Sending medication reminder notifications
• Enabling users to view, edit, and manage medication data on their device
• Verifying Premium feature purchase status, restoring purchases, determining feature availability, and preventing unauthorized use

The Provider does not use medication data (names, dose records, memos, photos, etc.) for analysis or tracking on the Provider's servers.

提供者は、薬データを提供者サーバーに送信して第三者提供することはありません。ただし、プレミアム機能の提供に必要な範囲で、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• RevenueCat : プレミアム機能の購入管理、購入状態確認、購入復元、不正利用防止

各サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

国外での情報処理について

上記サービスの提供事業者が海外拠点を含む体制で運用している場合、購入関連情報が日本国外のサーバーで処理または保存されることがあります。

• 移転先 : 各サービス提供事業者の運用拠点（例: 米国等）
• 保護措置 : 各サービス提供事業者は、それぞれのポリシーに基づき適切な安全管理措置を実施します

The Provider does not transmit medication data to its servers or share it with third parties. However, the following third-party services are used to the extent necessary for providing Premium features:

• RevenueCat : Purchase management, purchase status verification, purchase restoration, fraud prevention
  Information processed: Purchased products, subscription status, purchase history, receipt information, anonymous identifiers
  Note: Anonymous identifiers alone cannot be used by the Provider to identify individuals.

The handling of information by each service is governed by their respective privacy policies.

International Data Processing

If the above service providers operate with infrastructure outside of Japan, purchase-related information may be processed or stored on servers located outside Japan.

• Transfer destinations : Operating locations of each service provider (e.g., United States)
• Safeguards : Each service provider implements appropriate security measures in accordance with their policies
• Verification : Please refer to each service's privacy policy for details

• 薬データは、原則としてお客様の端末内に保持され、お客様が削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます
• iCloud/Googleバックアップを有効にしている場合、バックアップ領域に一定期間保持されることがあります（保持期間は各プラットフォームの設定・ポリシーによります）
• 購入関連情報（購入履歴、レシート情報、サブスクリプション状態等）は、Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat において、各社のポリシーに基づき保持される場合があります
• 提供者は、購入関連情報を用いて、氏名・住所・メールアドレス等と結びついた独自のユーザー管理を行っていません
• お問い合わせ内容は、対応完了後、法令で定められた期間保持した後に削除します

• Medication data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
• If iCloud/Google backup is enabled, data may be retained in backup storage for a period determined by each platform's settings and policies
• Purchase-related information (purchase history, receipt information, subscription status, etc.) may be retained by Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat in accordance with their respective policies
• The Provider does not maintain a proprietary user management system linking purchase information to personal details such as names, addresses, or email addresses
• Support inquiries are retained for the period required by law after resolution, then deleted

お客様は以下の権利を有します。

• データへのアクセス : アプリ内で登録した情報をいつでも確認できます
• データの修正 : 登録した情報をいつでも編集できます
• データの削除 : アプリを削除することで、すべてのデータを消去できます
• 通知の停止 : デバイスの設定から通知を無効化できます

開示・訂正等のご請求について

提供者が保有する個人情報（お問い合わせ履歴など）の開示・訂正・削除等をご希望の場合は、以下の窓口までご連絡ください。

You have the following rights:

• Access : You can view your registered information at any time within the App
• Correction : You can edit your registered information at any time
• Deletion : You can delete all data by uninstalling the App
• Opt out of notifications : You can disable notifications through your device settings

本アプリは、12歳以下のお子様を対象としていません。12歳以下のお子様は、保護者の方の監督のもとでご利用ください。

This App is not intended for children under 12 years of age. Children under 12 should use the App only under parental supervision.

提供者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはウェブサイトでお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、変更後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

The Provider may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website. By continuing to use the App after any amendments, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Privacy Policy.
